The Quarterbank Development offers 19 apartments and two commercial units set across an Edwardian Grade II listed building. 


Built in 1902 as the York City and County Bank by architect Walter Brierley. 

Carefully restored in 2022 externally  to meet conservatoin requirements and internally upgraded to the most energy efficient standards possible.
